8 October 2026Family, friends and members of the Dravo community gathered to farewell Milika Radinitoga, a woman remembered for her faith and for helping establish the Adventist message in Dravo Village.
Radinitoga was baptized at Nakaulevu Seventh-day Adventist Church in 1987, becoming the Her decision to follow Christ became an important part of the Adventist presence in the village, as she carried the message she had accepted back to her community.
As a mother of five children, four sons and one daughter, Radinitogaโs life of faith was also lived within her family. Her journey became part of a wider story of the Gospel taking root in Dravo and reaching families and generations.
Fiji Mission President Pr. Epeli Saukuru preached during the funeral service, encouraging members of Dravo SDA Church and the wider community through the Word of God. Reflecting on Psalm 116:15, he reminded those gathered of the value God places on the lives of His faithful people, even in the face of death.
Her passing marks the end of her earthly journey, but the influence of a life lived for Christ continues through the people she touched and the faith she helped establish in Dravo.
