𝗗𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗔𝗕𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗛 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗘𝗗 𝗕𝗬 𝟭𝟯 𝗕𝗔𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗦𝗠𝗦 𝗔𝗧 𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗜𝗚𝗜

What began as a special 𝗗𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗵 bringing together four Fiji for Christ sites became an even greater celebration as 𝟭𝟯 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗴𝗶 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 publicly accepted Jesus through baptism.

The baptism followed 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀 conducted by the Head Teacher together with the school’s teachers. Their faithful investment in the spiritual lives of the students resulted in 13 young people making the decision to follow Jesus.

Among those baptised, 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀. Parental consent forms were provided and permission received before the students participated in the baptism.

There are also 𝘀𝗶𝘅 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 who have expressed their desire to give their lives to Jesus but are awaiting parental consent. The church continues to pray for these young people and their families as they consider this important decision.

The Sabbath also brought together four sites to dedicate and pray over the 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 who will share God’s Word over the next two weeks of 𝗙𝗶𝗷𝗶 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁.
