To The Ends of the World
16 June 2025THE Easter Adventist Youth Camps are a long-standing tradition, providing young Adventists with an opportunity for spiritual renewal and growth.
This year, the Church Youth Department endorsed several campsites across the country, with youths from all regions gathering to celebrate Easter through fellowship, worship, and service.
Pastor Senitiki Waqa, Youth Director at the Fiji Mission, highlighted that Easter weekend has always been a key event for regional youth camps, and this year saw an incredible increase in the number of campsites, reflecting the growing participation of young people.
A new development this year was the partnership with the Fiji Police Force to raise awareness about the dangers of drugs.
Fiji Police Commissioner Brigadier Iowane Naivalurua personally visited campsites, delivering powerful messages to the youth about making positive life choices.
In addition to spiritual growth, the youth engaged in community service projects, including cleaning, painting, and maintaining local school buildings. These efforts had a lasting impact on the communities they served.
The Sau kei Mualevu (chief) expressed his heartfelt gratitude, saying, “What you have done in my village, I cannot express in words.”
This Easter weekend has impacted hearts, lives transformed, and communities blessed by the youth’s service and dedication
