𝗦𝗨𝗩𝗔, 𝗙𝗜𝗝𝗜 | 𝟭𝟳 𝗔𝗨𝗚𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 — The second night of 𝗙𝗶𝗷𝗶 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 continued to see strong participation across the country, with children and young people making up the majority of those attending the evangelistic meetings.

According to the report from the command center, children accounted for approximately 38 per cent of reported attendance, while youth represented about 23 per cent. Together, 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟲𝟭 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 of attendance, compared with approximately 39 per cent for adults.

Reports continued to come into the 𝗙𝗶𝗷𝗶 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 from evangelistic sites across 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗶 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝘂, 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝘂 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀. About 68 per cent of registered sites submitted their Night Two reports, with the remaining 32 per cent still to report. The on-time reporting rate stood at 80 per cent.

Across Fiji, churches and evangelistic sites continue to welcome families, visitors and communities each evening for worship, fellowship and the sharing of God’s Word. From the major centres of Viti Levu and Vanua Levu to communities throughout the Maritime Islands, the campaign is bringing people together around the message of hope found in Jesus Christ.

The strong presence of children and youth during the opening nights is an encouraging sign for the mission ahead. As Fiji for Christ continues, churches are not only reaching communities today, they are also connecting the 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 with the Word of God.
