𝗙𝗜𝗝𝗜 𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗢𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗥𝗔 𝗙𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗬

It is with deep sadness that the Fiji Mission acknowledges the passing of 𝗠𝗿. 𝗞𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗶 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗮 and 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗮, who both passed away on the same day while on their way to reunite with their son.

Mr. Kamieli Matadradra served as the 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗗𝗔 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, while Mrs. Setaita Matadradra had served as a 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗮𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿. Their service and contribution to the Church and community will be remembered with gratitude.

During this time of bereavement, the 𝗙𝗶𝗷𝗶 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, accompanied by Pr. 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝘂𝗯𝘂𝗻𝗮, 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝘂, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗜𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗼 𝗧𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘃𝘂, visited the mourning family to offer support and condolences.

The delegation shared words of comfort, hope and encouragement, reminding the family of God’s presence in times of sorrow and of the blessed hope of resurrection and reunion when Jesus Christ returns.

The visit reflected the Church’s love, care and support for the Matadradra family during this difficult time. May God comfort and strengthen the family and grant them peace through the hope we have in Jesus Christ.
