16 Baptized Following Naduru Evangelism Program

Naduru has witnessed a joyful conclusion to two weeks of evangelistic meetings led by Pastor Brian Chand, with 16 people making the decision to give their lives to Jesus through baptism. The baptism was conducted by Pastor Clive Tefaatau, Vice President of the Trans Pacific Union Mission.

Among those baptized were nine children between the ages of 9 and 15. Their decision to follow Christ was a special encouragement to church members and families who had supported the program through prayer, fellowship, and service.

The baptism marked an important beginning in the spiritual journey of the 16 new believers. Church members are encouraged to continue praying for them as they grow in their relationship with Jesus and become witnesses in their families and communities. “There is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” Luke 15:10.
