6 Baptised After Two-Week Evangelistic Meeting in Nukuloa

After completing an evangelistic program in Sorokoba, the focus of Balevuto Seventh-day Adventist Church shifted to Nukuloa in Balevuto, Ba. Led by Minister Irmala Devi, church members conducted a two-week pocket evangelistic meeting in an Indian community.

Many iTaukei church members who speak Hindi visited homes, connected with families, and shared the Word of God in the language of the community. Despite the cold evenings, people attended the meetings in good numbers to listen to the Bible messages. The meetings were held at the home compound of Brother Biren, and the location will now be used as a branch Sabbath School.

At the end of the two-week evangelistic program, 6 people were baptised by Tl. Marika Valetini. The Balevuto church continues its mission work as it prepares for Fiji for Christ, with Toge being the next community on its evangelism program.
