Avondale School Partners with Fiji Mission for Major 2027 Outreach Project
14 April 2026
A historic milestone for Queen Victoria School – the Inaugural Pathfinders Induction.
18 April 2026Today marked a significant milestone for the Fiji Mission as its archival records were officially relocated to Fulton Adventist University College, where they will be housed in the newly established Adventist Heritage Center. This initiative ensures that the rich history of God’s work in Fiji is carefully preserved for future generations.
Mrs. Sofaia Bulu, who has been specially trained to care for these invaluable records, will remain at Fulton for the rest of the week to sort and organize the files and folders. Her dedication will help safeguard the stories of faith, sacrifice, and mission that have shaped the church’s journey in Fiji.
During the loading of the boxes this morning, a touching moment unfolded as relatives and families of faithful servants of God recognized the names of their grandfathers, grandmothers, uncles, and aunties among the records. These discoveries served as powerful reminders of the legacy of commitment and inspired everyone present to remain faithful to the mission God has entrusted to His people.
Before the team departed for Nadi, Ministerial Secretary Pr. Leone Tubuna offered a heartfelt prayer, dedicating the journey and seeking God’s guidance for the Adventist Heritage team. This collaborative effort aims to ensure that many of these historical records will soon be made accessible to the public, allowing more people to connect with and be inspired by the church’s remarkable story.
As these treasured archives find a new home, they stand as a testament to God’s leading in the past and a source of inspiration for continued faithfulness in the future.
