A significant moment for youth ministry in the Fiji Mission took place today as Fiji Mission President, 𝗣𝗿. 𝗘𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗸𝘂𝗿𝘂, was invested as a 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 during the 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿 at Seaqaqa Secondary School grounds.
The investiture was conducted by Fiji Mission Youth Director, 𝗣𝗿. 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝗧𝘂𝗶, and his Advisory Team, marking an important occasion for the Church’s youth leadership programme.
As the President of the Fiji Mission, Pr. Saukuru’s investiture demonstrates his personal commitment to youth ministry and reinforces the importance of leadership through service and example.
His participation also sends an encouraging message to Adventurers, Pathfinders and young people across Fiji that youth ministry is an important part of the Church’s mission and deserves the active support of leaders at every level.
The President was supported throughout the Junior Youth event by a dedicated team from the Fiji Mission, who assisted in officiating and serving alongside the young participants.
The Master Guide ministry emphasises Christian leadership, discipleship, service and the mentoring of younger generations. Through this investiture, Pr. Saukuru joins fellow Master Guides in supporting the spiritual growth and leadership development of young people.
As Fiji Mission continues its work of preparing young people for service and mission, church members are encouraged to uphold Pr. Saukuru, the Youth Ministry leadership and the entire Fiji Mission team in prayer.
May God continue to grant them wisdom, strength and a spirit of humility as they lead His people and prepare the next generation of disciples.
