Pr. Epeli Saukuru, President of the Fiji Mission, delivered the ordination charge, emphasizing the sacred responsibility of pastoral leadership.
The ordination service was attended by the Fiji Mission administration, including General Secretary Pr. Senitiki Waqa, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Apisalome Seru, and Ministerial Secretary Pr. Leone Tubuna.
Pastor Hughes, 43 years old, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and has served in ministry for eight years.
The message also encouraged church members to remain close to Jesus, serve with love and humility, and support their pastor and his family.
